On behalf of the Jewish Community of Thessaloniki we would like to covey to you our support regarding the dreadful assassination of the Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov at the opening of an art exhibition in Ankara on December 19, 2016.
Our thoughts and prayers go his family and we kindly ask you to convey our most sincere condolences.
We commend the prudent stance of H.E. President Vladimir Putin, following this unjustifiable blind act of violence, which only aimed at creating further turbulence in the region and cause disruption in the bilateral relations between Russia and Turkey.
